So Be Happy


BE HAPPY!

Being happy is not chance, not due to causes foreign to me, being happy is my fate and yours is a question of attitude.

The human being is born sacred, balance of body, mind and spirit in direct and permanent communication with God or Universal Energy or whatever you want to call the original case before the Big Bang, the infinite and eternal presence which is the original source everything that exists in the universe or multiple universes as ideological affiliation, philosophical or spiritual that suits you.

We will begin an inner journey, the starting point is your current state of consciousness, your destiny is happiness, the vehicle your life, your daily experience the road, obstacles or stops your emotions and negative attitudes, fuel your courage, determination and will to reach the goal.

We begin, let's review before leaving the vehicle, as is your life now? You are satisfied (a) with your body, your health, your looks, your age, your body skills?.

Your mind is in balance?, Of the approximately 60,000 daily thoughts you have are mostly repetitive or new, most are negative or positive?, You know that every thought when there is associated with emotion and that negative emotions such as hatred, anger, resentment and fear generated toxins in the body and stress in the body, positive thoughts instead hormones that stimulate the body relaxation and happiness and wellbeing.

What is the state of your mind before you start your trip?

What is your emotional state right now?, These sad, depressed (a), anxious, stressed, bored, angry, or else you feel happy, optimistic, happy and love life.

Currently, how is your relationship with your parents, relatives, siblings, children, friends and your partner? The think harmonious or dysfunctional? You are satisfied, you have the acceptance and recognition of them, you feel loved (a), repeat (a), comperendido (a) or otherwise feel rejected (a), humiliated (a), abused (a).

As it is now your economy, you're broke, poor, moderately satisfactory, satisfactory, prosperous and abundant.

Feel that you have succeeded or have failed or have survived fairly in life.

Now that you've reviewed your vehicle think it's time to give a little maintenance?

If so, we begin to know that man is multidimensional and thrive, must be balanced in their physical realm, emotional, mental and intellectual and economic, if any of them are more developed than the others, would like a wheel oval, and advance to bounce and not in a uniform manner, therefore, must strive to cultivate in harmony, so that your life is like a perfect circle that allows you to conduct your life in a uniform and harmonious.

You should also know that feelings of hate, anger, resentment and fear, is an obstacle and your road stops you from being happy and maintain a relationship of love and harmony with yourself and your loved ones, and these feelings are the food of that feeds the ego.

With which of these feelings you identify more with hatred?, You feel that you hate someone, hate ideology, philosophy or way of thinking?, You hate any circumstances? Your parents, family, friends or classmates or work?

You're angry (a), you get angry easily, scream and get upset often say things they later regret you have said?,

You get angry with your parents and siblings, children with your partner or family and friends or at school or work?

Holding grudges for a long time, even years, prefers to keep quiet and keep your pain before you put it? You know what your major resentments? Who are you angry with your parents, family, friends, family or colleagues from school or work? They know this?

I feel identified with fear? Who are you afraid, fact or circumstance that you are afraid? You have phobias? A in particular, know when did your fear with fact or circumstance that is related?

These basic emotions negative and distorted thoughts of pride, envy, pride, greed is the ego's favorite foods are what separate you from God, yourself and others, however, no matter how powerful they may seem, are vulnerable to the antidote of love, patience, tolerance, simplicity, humility and gratitude, learn to meditate, find or create just and peaceful place where no one or anything stop you, use loose clothing and take a position comfortable for fifteen minutes following your breathing, try to realize your inspiration and exhalation, stop your thoughts, let them pass freely and returns to watch your breath, practice this meditation for seven days and you will see your first results.
