It can be productive without motivation?


The work is known by others, an impulse that enables us to meet a need and achieve goals, if we work within an organization or company it must have the ability to get employees to want to do the job and also that they do well. When company executives considered necessary to motivate staff, most of the time often hire specialists or external consultants, who are mostly good speakers and use techniques designed to impact the emotional aspect of the workers. However, the results can be obtained without consistency and continuity over time, since they can able to encourage the attitude and thinking focused on the objectives of the company, but are far from achieving full satisfaction for the worker.

Also known as some entrepreneurs who seek to improve productivity to increase workers' compensation, stigmatized by the condition of paying more to work harder and that often only generates that workers want more and more of the same rather to maintain the attitude of being productive. But the important thing is to provoke, manage and maintain the behavior toward a goal. But considering that we are all different people with different individual interests, with different level of needs, it becomes complicated the issue of motivation. Despite the different techniques that may exist, which I adopt in this article is to increase the degree to which the worker controls the planning, implementation and evaluation of their work, so that will organize your tasks so that they can improve their freedom and independence, increased responsibility and feedback so you can evaluate and correct their own performance. Motivational factor is to identify the worker, to create the right conditions for channeling the effort, energy and behavior towards the achievement of that interest to the company and the person. This is the person who wins, feeling satisfied with their work, which will be reflected in the satisfaction of their needs and partners with the company to earn individual interests satisfied and ready to join the interests of the institution, so that it we all win.
